Apartments General Terms:

All apartments are self-catering.  All taxes are included in prices quoted.  Our policy and prices are for a maximum of 4 people per apartment.  Minimum stay is 2 nights.  This establishment is family orientated and is not recommended for Hen or Stag Parties.  It is highly recommended that Clients take out holiday insurance to cover any potential cancellation fees, loss or damage incurred during their stay.

Booking Conditions

Cancellation

• For cancellations made at least 14 days in advance of the arrival date, no fee will be charged.  Any later cancellations or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged
• “Offers” must be cancelled at least 14 days before the reservation date
• Check-out time is at 12 Midday
• Late check-out is available on request for the price of 15 Euros up to 5pm
• Check-in is only available until 12 Midnight

Children and Extra Beds

• All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing beds
• All children under 2 years stay free of charge with use of cots
• All older children or adults are charged 25 Euros per person, per night for extra beds
• Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cots in a room is 1
• Extra beds and baby cots are available upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel
• Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid for separately in the hotel

Deposit

100% of the first night will be charged on the day of booking.  This is refundable if cancellation is made at least 14 days in advance of arrival

Apartment Regulations

Please do not smoke in the apartment or building.

Please keep noise to a minimum.

It is not allowed to stay in the apartment with more people than is agreed on.

Inappropriate use of the apartment’s domestic appliances is not allowed.  All possible consequences (economical, physical and moral) will be charged to those responsible.

All the apartment’s equipment is to be used exclusively within the apartment.  Any damage or items lost will be charged to the guests.

Loss of keys to the apartment will be charged at 150 Euros.  Garage Door Key 50 Euros.

Before leaving the apartment please make sure all electrical equipment is switched off.

For any extra cleaning there will be a 50 Euro charge.

Check-out time is between 10am and 11am.

Drop box is down stairs by the entrance for early birds.

Please do not forget the garage remote control.

We do not admit groups of under the age of 25 years in the building, as we are a family orientated hotel.
